ZA Belle Boutique does not have control over carrier delays or any unforeseen circumstances that may occur and cause your package to be delayed.

LOST OR STOLEN

  • ZA Belle Boutique is not responsible for any packages that have been lost or stolen. Please contact your Local Post Office. Majority of our packages will be shipped via USPS

 

PICK-UP ORDERS POLICY

  • Purpose: To ensure smooth operations and maintain inventory accuracy, our boutique has established the following policy for orders not picked up within the designated timeframe.

    1. Pick-Up Window: Orders must be picked up within 90 days from the date of notification. 

    2. Notification: Customers will receive a pick-up reminder via email or text message once their order is ready.

    3. Unclaimed Orders: If an order is not picked up within 90 days, it will be considered abandoned. The boutique reserves the right to cancel the order and restock the items. Any payment made will be forfeited unless prior arrangements are made.

    4. Exceptions: Special circumstances (e.g., travel or emergencies) can be accommodated. Customers must contact the boutique within the 90-day period to discuss alternative arrangements.
